Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Is there a new grandparents rights law in Texas? My deceased husband's parents are taking me back to court next month and claim they will have the upper hand. We have been in and out of court for some time and so far they haven't gotten the court order they wanted.

They can sue for access because their son (biological father) is deceased. That makes it easier for them.
