Grandparents rights and parcel custody

My grandson stay with his father most of the week and my daughter has him on the weekends, if the father decides he wants too let her see him.They have joint custody.

If my daughter has to go too jail to fiinsh out her probation, what rights do I have as grandparent too see my grandson and help in the raising of him.

And what do I need too do to make sure Im involved in his life.

As long as your daughter is not in jail you really don't. If she goes to jail and you can't reach an informal agreement with the boy's father, you can go to Court and request visitation while your daughter is in jail.
