Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My Grandson lives in Kansas with his dads mother, and I live in Texas and I am the Mother's mom, I want to know what I can do to get cusdody of my grandson, because the other grandparent won't even let me see him. My daughter and the father have been seperated for over a year, and she stated she was tricked by thier family to sign a paper giving them custody, she would perfer her son be with me What can I do??

WHERE is this case pending, and what did she sign, and when did she sign it? It may or may not be too late to affect what may have already happened. Get copies of the court records, talk to a family lawyer in your county ASAP. Time could be running and you could need a Kansas lawyer.
