Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello im from Greenville,tx i currently have a cps case which is in the courts right now. my case has been open since november 09. the reason they were called was false accusations but still my husband and i have been co-operative from the first day. we have completed the service plan but still are waiting for my children to come home. we have three girls ages 1,2,3 my three year old was born before my husband and i were together.before she was born though her biological father knowingly abandoned me when i was five months pregnant but still contacted him the day we came home from the hosp to give him a second chance but he never came around. my husband and i got together when she was three months old and since he has taken care of her like she was his and still does they have a very strong bond. mmy problem is cps went hunting for her biological father and found him and now april 9 came to court and requested a dna test. i am concerned for my daughters well being from him just now popping in. my case worker mentioned to about the services that he and his wife would have to do to be in her life and she mentioned a substance abuse program that they would both have to do. drugs nor alcohol have been an issue in my case until the sperm donor came around. what can i do to keep him away and keep my daughters well being safe and healthy. When she was born i didnt put any name down for the father just my name and i gave her mymaiden last name. when she was 11 months old my husband and i went to the county clerks office and put my husbands name down. i never filed for child support either. what options do i have to keep the sperm donor out of the way. we are in gd standings with cps now and our girls will most likely come home may 28 with a monitored return. PLEASE help!!!!!

You need to hire a lawyer.

You probably have grounds to ask that the parental rights of the "sperm donor" be terminated. You'll need a lawyer to handle this for you.
