I agree with Ms. Brochstein, before you sign a Waiver of Service, make sure you know what you are signing.

If you are filing for a guardianship, and you know what you are doing, and you are looking to waive the filing fees, check with the District Clerk, as they sometimes have a court form, called an Affidavit of Indigency - for a civil case.

Are you sure you want to sign a waiver?

If you do, you are agreeing that the other party can do WHATEVER they want.

The waiver is called a WAIVER OF SERVICE.

I sell them for $20.
