Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
guardianship
My daughter has left texas and the father has protective order on him .I was given temp custody of 1 year old . I am trying to find guardianship papers online to take this in front of the judge . Any suggestions where i need to go ?

Who gave you temporary custody? Is it signed by the judge? If not, you don't have custody. If you want guardianship, the forms are in the law library. If you don't know how to do this, better get a lawyer. Otherwise, what are you going to do when the protective order expires and the father comes in with his order to take the child?
