guardianship

I need a guardianship form for a four month old baby. Do I nned a guardianship order or a guardianship petition to have notorized by myself and the baby's mother.

There is no such thing as a guardianship form in Texas.

I don't advise that you apply for guardianship.

I advise you apply for custody of the child.

If it's agreed, it's easy.

The father of the child must be notified of this situation. Sorry!
