Guardianship

I have a friend who's son is Bipolar and is about to be released from a Mental health clinic, she is looking to see if she can get him placed somewhere as he is violent, but he is his own guardian in the state of Texas, is there anyone or agency that can help her, she is dying from cancer

Mental health facilities in the State of Texas unfortunately do no accomodate these situations.
