guardianship over parent

can an adult child share guardianship

(to approve large financial transactions)

with a sibling over a questionably

competent parent if one of the children

lives in another state?

Maybe, to some extent it depends on what court you are in. Some courts will approve co-guardians, some will not. I think the bigger question here is whether or not a guardianship would even be granted over a "questionably competent" person.
