guardianship - texas

I know there are on-line guardianship papers - what must one do to legalize these papers and does the appointed guardian have to legally accept?

I would recommend that you have an attorney assist you in preparing any sort of guardianship papers. Forms online are only as good as the person who prepared them and the person who fills them out.

Guardianship can be a tricky area of the law -- an attorney can best help you navigate through it.
