Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

guardianship

Last year my sister moved with my aunt and uncle out of the state and my dad gave them guardianship, during that year my dad had a stroke and is unable to make decisions so my stepmom has his power of attorney. Me and my older sister need her to come back but my aunt and uncle will not allow it. What can we do to get my sister to return?

Get a lawyer to file suit to ask the court to dissolve the guardianship and order the return of the child.
