Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
The guy i'm married to is having a baby with another woman. I have been wanting a divorce but cannot afford it. Are these grounds for him to fully pay for the divorce? And if they are how do i go about this?

There's really no such thing in family law as "grounds to have him pay my legal fees." Generally (98% of the time), in family law cases, the Judge rules that each party must pay his own lawyer. You have the right to ASK for court-awarded attorney's fees.
Even if you get an AWARD of attorney's fees from the court, there's not much of a mechanism to get them paid. In other words, it's difficult to enforce the award.
