Can I sign away parental rights if I do not want to have anything to do with a baby. I was tricked and I am not married to her

Yes, you can waive your parental rights if the other parent is willing to seek termination of your parental rights.
You both must agree, however. If the other parent wants to seek child support from you, they are free to do so no matter how much you might not want to be a part of the child's life.
