what can happen to non custodial parent who chose to keep positive drug tests results(tests were court ordered) from custodial parent and knowingly took possession of child for weekend when court orders stated that if drug test was positive, all visitation stopped.

Smartest thing to do is provide no further visitation, if that's permitted in the order. The only purpose in any court action relating to prior conduct would be to have the judge admonish NCP about violating court orders. That might be worth it if you have the money to pursue the action.
