how hard is it to divorce my husband he was convicted of 4 charges of agg sexual assult of a child.. two of those charges were our two children. he was senteced to 50 years in prison on 12/30/2010

It won't be difficult at all to divorce him. It's easy to serve a citation on someone who's in prison.

My guess is that the Judge will give you custody of the children too.
