what to do if someone is hassling u about begin the dad and not? I did a DNA test 7 years ago with someone eles and he prove to be the dad. the other guy is hassling me what to do?

If he wants to prove he is the dad, then let him have a DNA test and pay for it. If you already know the result will be negative, what's the harm? Especially if it will make him go away.
