health insurance rights before divorce

If spouse was only one with job and he moved out and filed for divorce and at same time dropped health insurance coverage on me is this legal and what are my rights?

A spouse should keep the other spouse on their health insurance during the time of a divorce.

At the time a divorce is finalized, the spouse can drop the insurance or (if it applies) allow the spouse to get COBRA coverage.
