Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Health Insurance

I am thinking about divorcing my husband. His job situation has never been stable and our son has a chronic illness. So I want to cover his health insurance from my job, but I also want to be the custodial parent. The paper work makes that sound impossible - am I reading it wrong?

No, it's not impossible but you really need to talk to a good family law attorney. This is not something that you should try to do on your own.
