hello,

I'm on child support, but the mom refuse for me to spent time with my child....what's the out come on this?

I assume that there is a court order that spells out the times and dates of your visitation ("from 6:00 pm on the first, third, and fifth Friday of each month until 6:00 pm on the following Sunday"). If there is, it is enforceable by contempt.

Sue her for enforcement, and ask a Judge to put her in jail. You'll need a lawyer for this.
