Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello,

My child is with the NCP for her summer visitation, she is threatening not to give my child back at the end of her visitation. We meet in the middle, 45 min drive each. What do I do if she does not meet me to return my child? I live in Texas. Thank you.

1. file a police report to document the noncompliance

2. get an attorney to file a motion to enforce.
