Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
As I was helping my sister to remover her belongings from the house she shares with her soon to be ex-husband the man (soon to be ex) leaned into my suv and demanded to photograph EVERYTHING in my car including the contents of my purse and confidential client files as well as the contents of and the the boxes themselves my sister was trying to move. I placed a hand on the lens of the camera and yelled "no!" he is saying I was violent and assaulted him who was right? I really did nothing more than get about 1 from the camera AND the lens and his head were inside the back door of my vehicle.

Remember this: If you ever get into court, his testimony about this incident will be different from yours. You get to tell what happened, and he then tells his version.
And then the Judge has to decide whom to believe.
Did your sister witness this incident? Her testimony is good evidence.
I wouldn't worry about this unless the husband files charges (and the prosecutor follows up on them).
