Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

please hepl me

im 16 almost 17 can i live with my 94 year old aunt. i cant be with my mother we dont get along and my father doesnt want me to be with him. i havent lived with my mother in 8 years i have lived with my grandma but she and i decided its best if i move out. i have no choice but to live with my mom and i cant. i was considering run away but everyone said that will be a bad idea. so can someone help me and give me so advice. please

You can live whereever you want if your parents agree.

It sounds like you are confused and frustrated.

If everyone agrees, you can certainly live with your aunt.

I would talk to your dad and see if he can help you.
