Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hey I'm 16 years old and I need to be emancipated from my aunt who has been legally my guardian for 6 1/2 years. Who so I ask for help

Under the Texas Family Code, you must be 17 years old, living on your own and self supporting in order to petition the court for emancipation. If you don't meet those requirements then there really isn't much you can do about your desire to emancipate.
