hiding assets

i am in texas and my divorce was final in jan of 2006. i just found out thru tax records that my ex purchased 20 acres of land (that he now lives on) in 2003 while we were together. i knew nothing of this nor did he list it during our divorce. infact he made it a point AFTER our divorce to tell me he had JUST bought some land. what can i do about this? also i am pretty sure there were many things hidden.

If you can prove that the land was purchased before the divorce, you can go back to court to get your share. As far as other things, being "pretty sure" is not sufficient proof.
