Hiring attornies

Is it lawful to hire another Attorney while still having another Attorney hired,which first lawyer is not doing at your best interest.

You always have the right discharge one attorney and hire another one.

Most attorneys will not take you on as a client until you have given formal written notice of discharge to the previous attorney. Even then, until the new attorney can substitute in and the first attorney be released by the Court, the first attorney is still your attorney of record. It's a little complicated but can be done.

Often you are going to find that the first attorney isn't really not doing what you want because he or she doesn't want to or isn't listening but because what you want can't be done.
