Holding Child

Parent has brainwashed child, refuses to allow contact. Judge will hear why there is refusal for custody and talking to child. Parent will ask for child to speak to judge, what can I do since child is under undue stress and emotional head game?

As a part of the proceedings, the judge has the authority to order a psych exam of the child and all of the parties.
