Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

holiday visit

I have tried several time to communicate with my ex about getting just 5 mins with my kids around christmas to give them there christmas gift. we have join custody and i also have visitation with via the safe program. I am trying to get rid of the safe and have standard visit. is there a way i can get the judge to force my ex to allow my kids to have sometime with me..before the holidays? like and emergance motion of parent child relation.

Maybe. You will need to consult with an attorney, with all of your paperwork and documentation of prior court proceedings. The attorney, after reviewing the case, will advise you if you have a chance at modification, and if there is time before the holidays to get a hearing scheduled.
