Home is Community property?

I owned the home before I was married. Two years later I refinanced. Her name is on the deed but not the note. Is this community property?

It's your separate property because you purchased the home before you were married.

Your spouse has a property interest in a portion of the house payments made during your marriage and also for a portion of any improvements to the property during the marriage and would be entitled to recover those amounts in a divorce.
