Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i own my home and my girlfriend moved in with me about a year ago, and now i want her to move out but she does not want to.We do not have kids together. Can I force her to move out? Or does she have legal rights to stay there?

Ask her to leave.

If she says no, tell her that you are going to file a forcible entry and detainer with the Justice Court.

File a forcible entry and detainer with the Justice Court and get her evicted.

Your life is about to become very interesting.

The alternative is: Call the most disgusting, irritating friend you have. Move him into the house. Tell him to watch the TV as loud as he wants; eat all the food in the refrigerator; change the thermostat to suit him. Eventually, this will cause the girlfriend to move out.

Of course, you then have to get rid of your disgusting irritating friend.
