Home sudy report is final
my home study report was finalized and it was totally one sided against me...about 14 strikes against me.( dad )
but only one strike for the other parent.( mom)
i think the other parent (mom) told a bunch of lies to the caseworker against me....
but the other parent ( mom) says she has actuall evidence of all the things she told the caseworker.
what can i do ( dad) to get the win in this custody case...when we go back the see the judge ?????
because i will not settle before we go back to see the judge.
Also what do my chances look like as of now of winning this custody case ?????

The judge will put a lot of stock in the home study. If the home study is that bad, now would be a very good time to talk settlement or to go to mediation.

If you don't have an attorney, get one immediately. Custody isn't something to try to do on your own under the best of circumstances, and a bad home study can be almost impossible to overcome.
