Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Honor A Judgement

A judgement was set at my hearing for a divorce case with orders of my ex-husband to pay child support for November and December within 30 days. I was ordered to turn over the mobile home to him within 90 days. This is were my two sons and I live. It has been almost 60 days since the ruling and we haven't seen a penny from him for months. Do I then still have to comply with the 90 day order to turn over the home to him? Is there anything that can be done to make him pay what he was ordered? He did change jobs and the garnish of wages was ceased.

Re: Honor A Judgement

What's your lawyer doing? Ask him/her to submit a Motion for Enforcement and seek contempt.
