im going through a very horrible time im married and i had a past affair that resulted in a pregnancy. i have my child already shes three months already but now the man that i had an affair with has been bugging too much hes sent me messages saying he wants to see the baby, messages saying hes gonna come to my house to see her but hasnt dared to, and a recent message saying hes 'gonna take my daughter away and that hes gonna make me hurt more than anything i have in my life that he bets his life on it' and i dont now if i should take this message to the police or be concerned that he might hurt me or attempt to take my baby away somewhere, my husband and i are tired of this already what can we do, should we seek an attorneys help?

The man who is the father of your child has the right to file a paternity suit and establish parental rights. He does NOT have the right to "come see her" unless you allow it (or a court orders it).
Keep records of his contacts with you, especially the threats. And yes, contact the police. Don't expect much help from them, though.
