getting someone out of my house

How can i get my boyfriend to move out of my home when he does not want to leave?

It depends, is he just a guest? Does he have some sort of lease? You need to discuss this with an attorney if he wil not agree to leave.

I agree with Ms. Palmer. If he is a guest, and will not leave, he is a trespasser; call the police.

If he has a semblance of residency, then you will have to evict him.
