house loan
Am I responsible for a house loan if the divorce decree says I'm not, but the other party responsible has not had the loan taken out of both names?

Yes and no.
In the decree, the court does not have the authority to order a third party to rewrite their contract. So you are left with continuing liability to the 3rd party, but recourse against your ex. You will have to sue him/her under the decree's provisions.
