Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I want out of my house.

If i move out of my house what can my mom do? I am 17. And I am talking to a19 year old guy(JUST talking) can she do anything to him?

Your mom can report you as a runaway. Anyone who helps you can be charged with harboring a runaway. Besides having a right to tell you where you may live, your mother has an affirmative legal duty to protect you. Best advice is to chill until you are 18. Then you may live wherever and with whomever you choose. If you turn out like most of us, one day you will wish you could go back and live with mom. Hang in there!
