Our attorney sent a letter along with a real estate contract to my husbands ex wife requiring her signature so the house can be put on the market. How long does she typically have to respond and should she not what happens next?

You are represented by counsel, you need to contact him with your question, because he has a copy or at leaset access to your husband's divorce decree.
