House to be sold

Our divorce decreee states that the house owned was to be sold as of May 07. Ex wife has tried to refinance in her name with no luck. Having a hard time getting her to allow someone to come look at house so it can be sold. What can we do to enforce the provision for the house to be sold? Will we have to get a sheriff involved or what?

You would have to file a motion for enforcement perhaps a motion to clarify in order to obtain an order of the court. Good Luck
