husban trying to take my kids away.

I have a court order from texas giving me temporary custody of my children. i took them to ny to visit the father, now he won't give them back and is trying to take them away. what can i do?

He is in contempt, and if a certified copy of the order is not enough for NY law enforcement to retrieve your children for you, then go back to the Texas court to get a Writ.
