Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my husband abanded, left the country without my knowledge, wired all money to his country.

we owned a house, he is the one whose name for mortgage but my name included in "deed"

my question is: can I lease the house without his permission?

Your name is on the deed? Yes, you can lease the house (subject to any restrictions that might be in the Deed of Trust).
