Ex Husband is not abiding by divorce decree

My ex husband is not abiding by our divorce decree. I cannot afford an attorney to take him to court, what are my options?

The consequences depends upon what he is not doing. If he is not paying child support, contact the Attorney General, and see if they will prosecute him. You can also contact the nearest Bar Association or Law School, and find out if they have low-cost legal clinics that provide representation. Quite a few attorneys, community and religious organizations provide low/no cost legal services. Keep asking around, and making phone calls.

In Harris County, the Domestic Relations office (DRO) is now providing free assistance on past-due child support.

They have a website.
