Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex husband advised me via text message that he was no longer paying spousal support 6 months ago. I also suspect he removed me as the beneficiary for his life insurance.What steps do I need to take to insure that he adheres to both issues as per the original decree.

If he is violating the terms of the Final Decree of Divorce, then you need to consult an attorney in your county.
