Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My husband is being taken back for more Child support. We have a child together will that be taken into account when they are deciding how much he will have to pay. We pay extra every month for her activites such as gymnastics and school stuff. It is not that I do not want to do for my step daughter. I want her to have everything she wants. I do not want to pay for her mother to sit at home and not work.

To some extent. The court counts every child that the Obligor (your husband) supports, even children not before the court. The percentages change according to the number of children involved.
