What happens if my ex husband breaks the Rule 11 Agreement that we have for him visiting my son. Such as him breaking stipulations I'n the agreement.

Since a Rule 11 agreement is only applicable during a case, I assume that you have a case going on right now. If you have a Rule 11 agreement for a case that is over, then it is not valid.

Possession of a possession order is punishable by contempt if the order is specific enough. Rarely is a Rule 11 Specific enough. That is why I do not use Rule 11s for contemptible matters such as child support or possession.

Talk to your lawyer. If you thought that this was going to be an easy case that you could do yourself, it no longer is since there are issues of contempt and you should get a lawyer.
