Is my ex husband breazking the law?

My ex takes our two year old son on motorcycle rides around the neighborhood. I've asked him not to. He continues. Is there any legal action I can take to protect my son? Also I would like to find out what effect recreational marijuanna smoking can have on a custody decision. Thanks for any help you can offer.

You will have to go back to court and ask for some sort of restraining order prohibiting that kind of activity. As for recreational use, it would depend on whether or not anything was being done in the presence of your son. I suggest you consult with an attorney in your area to discuss your options.
