Husband buys home without wife on loan.

What happens if the husband buys a home without the wife on the loan or on the deed and puts another person on the deed. Does the wife have any rights to the house?

When property is purchased during the course of the marriage it is community property, and it is presumed that you would be awarded half of the community property. If there is an issue with the expectation of the longevity of the marriage, this is a warning flag, and you may need to consult with a lawyer.
