Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my husband is cheating on me and I have proof such as pictures of them together and emails. I want to make copies of those pictures and emails and spread them throughout her neighborhood. Is this legal?

Do not do this.

Instead, immediately hire a tough, smart family law attorney and take him to court.

Sue for more than 50% of the community estate.

Hit him in the pocket book where it really hurts.

What you intend to do will ultimately come back to hurt you in the courtroom!
