Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband and I have a child. He gave the sperm it was fertalized by someone else's egg and I gave birth. My husband wants a divorce and is threatening that the child is his but not mine. Does my soon to be ex have any legal grounds for stating I am not our child's mother and have no rights?

This is covered by sections 160.751 et seq. of the Family Code. Assuming that you had the appropriate gestational agreement, the child is yours, and your husband is wrong.
