My ex husband is claiming since we live over 100 miles apart that he can deduct health insurance for our child out of his child support is this true or is health insurance additional support

I don't understand why this is even an issue. Divorce decrees often have 10-12 pages of order language devoted solely to the issues of insurance and medical expenses, as additional medical child support. Moreover, living 100 miles away is in no way relevant to health insurance. No one has the right to unilaterally rewrite the court's order, and an attempt to do so will probably result in an eventual finding of contempt.
