Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex husband trying to control me and my kids, he has custody of my son 17 years old and he dont let me see or talk to my son and my older daughter 18 years old. Everytime when I going out with my kids hes mad and do something to me or my kids. what can i do?

You're 18 year old is an adult. She can see and talk to you if she wants, and truthfully in this day and age of cell phones and internet I imagine your 17 year old can contact you or be contacted if that is what he want.

You don't indicate what he does to you or the kids. If it is criminal, call the police.
