Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband went to court to finalize his divorce on Aug 29th, judge granted. We waited our 30 days plus 3 day waiting to get married and were married on Oct.2nd. We found out the 2nd week of Nov from his attorney that the judge didn't sign the final papers til Oct 26th. Are we going to have to go back and get another marriage license and do it over? We swore under oath the info we gave was true and at the time we thought it was as we weren't told any different. I went and changed my name on drivers license, social security and bank when we received our marriage license in the mail. PLEASE HELP!

Stop worrying. Nothing bad is going to happen to you. You made an honest mistake.

Frankly, the State of Texas doesn't care that much about your situation (i.e., technically not waiting the full 30 days after the ink dries on the decree).
